2 Day River Trips

Multi day river trips are a fantastic way to experience the beautiful of the Wye Valley. So whether you’re camping, glamping or AirBNBing your way down the river leave the world behind and spend a few days getting back to nature. You will need to make your own accommodation arranges, however just let us know if you need a little help. We take care of everything else.
Day 1
Hereford to Hoarwithy. Meet us at the Hereford Rowing Club where you will be issued your equipment and taken through the safety and instructional briefing. After this you’ll be given a little time and assistance packing belongings securely into the canoe for a couple of day on the river. When ready your’ll head off down river and out of Hereford enjoying some wonderful countryside towards Tressack campsite in Hoarwithy, your overnight camp. Lovely campsite, with good facilities and walking distance of a fantastic country pub.
Day 2
Hoarwithy to Ross on Wye. Your second day can start when you wish (as long as you make it to Ross for the 3.30pm collection). Your boats will be ready and waiting from the day before so when ready head off down river toward Ross for another relaxing day on the water. Day 2 is a little more easy going so you should arrive in Ross with plenty of time for a quick drink at the Hope and Anchor before you transport back to the Hereford Rowing Club.
ARRIVAL / PARKING
Please arrive at the Byecross campsite 5 minute before your activities is due to start. Park in the campsite carpark and walk through the campsite (Orchard) over to the canoe hire cabin by the river.
EQUIPMENT / SUPPLIES
Please wear appropriate clothing for the weather conditions of the day and bring enough food and water to sustain yourselves for the duration of the trip.
