Full day hire on the beautiful river Wye from Whitney Bridge to Byecross campsite. Meet at Byecross (HR2 9LJ) where we shall give you a full safety and instructional briefing before transporting you up river to set you off.
Starting at the historic Whitney-on-Wye toll bridge (dating back to 1780). This fantastic section provides breathtaking scenary and often services up wildlife including kingfishers, otters, and herons.
ARRIVAL / PARKING
Please arrive at the Byecross campsite 5 minute before your activities is due to start. Park in the campsite carpark and walk through the campsite (Orchard) over to the canoe hire cabin by the river.
EQUIPMENT / SUPPLIES
Please wear appropriate clothing for the weather conditions of the day and bring enough food and water to sustain yourselves for the duration of the trip.
